What is available and what is limited while on trial?

While you're on Trial, we limit the historic data fetch to 3 months. When you become a Paid customer, we then resume the fetch and pull 3 years of historic data for you, going back from the day you signed up.

Can I use more than one Amazon account for the same marketplace with one Shopkeeper login?

Answer 4:

Yes, you can connect as many accounts in the same region as you wish. You will also be able to filter by seller account once you have more than one. In the brand filters, you will see your various seller IDs and you may use those to focus in on a particular seller account.

Does Shopkeeper track keywords and rankings?

No, Shopkeeper does not track Amazon rankings. We focus on profit calculations and inventory management.
